DEPOSITS: In addition to the Application Fee of $30.00 Per Applicant, I/We have deposited $200.00 as a Holding Fee for suite #
while this application is being processed. If this Application is approved, I/We agree to enter into a Rental Agreement for said apartment suite within 72 hours of the application date. If applicant(s) fails or refuses to enter into a Rental Agreement for any reason, the Holding Fee shall be retained as liquidated damages and shall not be refunded. If this application is denied, all deposits with the exception of the non-refundable Application Fee shall be returned to Applicant(s). At the time the Rental Agreement is executed, the Holding Fee shall be applied to and become part of the Security Deposit.

This Application and Deposit are not assignable. “I/We acknowledge that the above information is correct, and authorize verification of all above information, including employment, rental, credit history, criminal background check, and to obtain credit reports in connection with this application.” Any false information may constitute grounds for rejection of this Rental Application.
AUTHORIZATION FOR RELEASE OF INFORMATION
Purpose: The owner and manager(s) of Waterford Village Apartments may use this authorization and the information obtained with it to administer and enforce rules and policies related to the rental of apartment suites by the above referenced organization.
Authorization: I authorize and consent to an investigation on all statements and information contained in this application by Waterford Village Apartments about me (us) or my family this is pertinent to the rental of property owned and/or managed by such organizations.
Conditions: I agree that photocopies of this authorization may be used for the purpose stated above, if I do not sign this authorization, I understand I may be denied occupancy of rental property owned and/or managed by the above referenced organizations.
